Exploration Drilling Superintendent
Description:
The role of Drill Services Superintendent is to liaison with drilling contractors and other contract teams supporting exploration. Experience with RC and Core drilling is necessary as a significant part of this role is supporting onsite drilling contractors to be successful as well as reviewing daily drill logs to verify costs are being allocated correctly. This position will work closely with site operations, safety, and environmental groups. The Drill Services Superintendent will report to the Exploration Manager.
IT System Administrator
Description:
Responsible for installing, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting network devices and systems, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, etc. You will also monitor network performance and availability and implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
Should have a solid knowledge of network protocols, standards, and architectures, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, etc. You should also have experience with network hardware and software, such as Cisco, Juniper, Windows Server, Linux, etc. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple tasks and projects.
Mobile Maintenance Technician
Description:
The Mobile Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general mechanical maintenance of haul trucks, graders, dozers, water trucks, loaders and light duty support equipment while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Hycroft’s values.
Senior Geologist
Description:
The senior geologist assists with all aspects of exploration as needed, including but not limited to drill planning and execution, core and RC logging, geologic mapping, geologic interpretation, near-mine reconnaissance, sampling, and QA/QC.
Site Accounting Manager
Description:
As a Site Accounting Manager located in Winnemucca, Nevada, you will be responsible for the management of site accounting including assisting with accurate and timely internal cost and operation reporting and ensuring all reporting deadlines are met. Coordinate mine site month end process and ensure all inputs, including accruals from the operating departments, are submitted and recorded. Serve as a financial champion at the mine site, guiding and coaching mine site team members in accounting processes and requirements.
Serve as a key leader in the completion of mine site accounting and financial reporting, while working in conjunction with the corporate office. Perform other duties as directed by the CFO, VP Finance and Treasury, Corporate Accounting Director and SVP/General Manager.

As a Senior Accountant located at the mine site in Winnemucca, Nevada, you will be responsible for accurate and timely internal cost and operational reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, thereby ensuring all reporting deadlines are met. Coordinate mine site month end process and ensure all inputs, including accruals from the operating departments, are submitted and recorded. Prepare reports to assist management in understanding departmental costs, identify and track key performance metrics for operation. Facilitate the preparation of budgets, variance and/or forecast. Serve as a financial champion at the mine-site, guiding and coaching mine-site team members in financial cost control.
